Exchange and return policy:

Inspection is allowed upon receipt, and in case of refusal to receive the product, the product is delivered to the shipping representative in the same condition in which it was received, and only shipping costs are paid to the corrier

• Exchange or return is allowed within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the bill of lading is preserved, and the product is intact from any defects and that it matches the original condition in which it was received. Shipping fees are paid for the request for replacement or return.  
• In the event of an exchange or return due to the existence of any defect in the product or an error in its description, “Hijab” company shall bear the additional shipping costs  
• It is not allowed to return or replace personal use products such as bandanas, and they are inspected with the representative upon receipt of the shipment.
